- Post-Termination Project Files: Upon termination of any Project Agreement, Enomise Limited will maintain project files and final deliverables for 1 year as a courtesy. After this period, we reserve the right to delete all such data.
- Legal Records: Notwithstanding the above, copies of signed contracts, invoices, and payment history will be archived for 6 years to fulfil our statutory obligations under the laws of Jamaica and for use in the event of a legal dispute.
Once data is no longer needed and all retention periods have passed, it will be securely deleted or anonymised.
9. Data Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, loss, or misuse, including:
